Matt Krzyston founded RPX Consulting Group in 2003 with the goal of providing professional services to non-profit agencies who want to improve the outcomes of their international development programs.

Familiar with the expectations of key international donors, as well as the daily demands on nonprofit managers, and the realities of working in the field, RPX offers a uniquely qualified knowledge of the international development landscape, coupled with a passion for delivering precisely what each client and project requires to achieve the greatest results.

Company Leadership

Matthew C. Krzyston


Matt Krzyston has extensive experience in the design, management and evaluation of US government-funded international development and relief programs, including Food Security, Nutrition, Health, Livelihood, Agriculture, Microfinance and Construction projects. Mr. Krzyston specializes in professional representation of organizational interests, evaluating program performance, undertaking advance ground work for relief and development programs, ascertaining commodity requirements for humanitarian assistance, securing in-country organizational presence, and establishing working relationships and support from in-country government officials.

In addition to serving as a Lead Field Representative for US government-funded programing in over 30 countries, Mr. Krzyston has traveled extensively during his consultancies and has served as team leader and/or primary author of over 100 proposals and 40 evaluation reports of US government funded projects. He has also managed over a dozen successful monetization projects.

Mr. Krzyston has received Special Congressional Recognition by the US House of Representatives, as well as a New York State Assembly Citation. He currently sits on the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of State University of New York at Delhi as well as the boards of several nonprofit agencies.

Tatiana Soldak MD

Senior Consultant

Dr. Soldak works in project research and planning, including international situation analyses and needs assessments, program design, professional capacity building for local institutions, and monitoring and evaluation of international programs.

She has extensive experience with public health policy analysis, including reviewing and analyzing public health laws, developing guidelines and regulations emphasizing health care equity (affordability, availability, accessibility), and advising health ministries with recommendations to strengthen and improve inadequate policies. She is a recognized global expert of international pharmaceutical policies as well as managing medical and nutritional humanitarian responses.

Dr. Soldak serves as an international advisor to a number of America’s premier medical Universities engaged in global health programs and possesses special expertise in developing awareness and patient advocacy for breast cancer. Dr. Soldak practiced surgery for 15 years prior to dedicating her skills to international development.

Daniel E. Shaughnessy


Daniel E. Shaughnessy has extensive experience in nonprofit management, evaluation analysis, food aid, health programs, international development, and related trade and business matters and corporate consulting.

His career has included a Presidential appointment, CEO of an international non-profit organization, leadership of private trade associations, executive positions in USAID, State Department and USDA, and staff assignments in the US Senate.

Mr. Shaughnessy offers wide experience in management as well as expertise in government, private sector and trade matters. He is a recognized expert in international food aid, and is often called upon by government, business and non-profit organizations for advice and consulting, as well as service on non-profit boards.
