Commodity: Up to 50,000MT wheat (HRW and/or NS/DNS)
Up to 30,000MT rice (U.S. No. 2 or better, 7% broken)
Delivery: CFR Free Out discharge to buyer’s selected SADC seaport
Load Date: January 2024. Buyer may propose alternate date (not before January 2024).
Price/MT: Commodities will be sold in U.S. dollars, through the submission of competitive bids. Should bids offered fail to meet minimum requirements, the tender will be canceled.
How to Bid: Serious bidders for a minimum of 10,000MT of either commodity are advised to review the documents below, including a full Invitation for bids with bid submission guidance, and a Proforma Sale Agreement. After reviewing the guidance below, bids must be submitted to the following email address.
Deadline: Bids must be submitted by 1700 hours Thursday, November 16, 2023. Bidders will be notified within 72 hours of bid results.
