American companies Research Triangle Institute, Global Communities and Counterpart International with offices in USA, offer for sale high quality wheat from the United States. 

Commodity: Up to 177,000 MT of Wheat, Hard Red Winter (HRW), U.S. No. 2., 11.5% Protein

Delivery:        Loading US port February 2026 for delivery to buyer’s selected port in East Africa, Free Out terms. Buyer may propose alternate date, not before February 2026. Buyers can propose delivery in one or two shipments.

Price/MT:       Commodities will be sold in U.S. dollars, through the submission of competitive bids. Should bids offered fail to meet minimum requirements, the tender will be canceled.

How to Bid:    Serious bidders for a minimum of 10,000MT of either commodity are advised to review the documents below, including a full Invitation for bids with bid submission guidance, and a Proforma Sale Agreement. Sellers have appointed RPX Consulting Group Inc. and Saramac Consulting to conduct the described tender. A bid placed with either RPX and/or Saramac are considered to be the same and will be evaluated jointly by RPX, Saramac and USDA.
